ThriftyPharm is operated by Brozan LLC, a Florida limited liability company. We sell Zutano brand baby booties and select consumer products at discounted prices, both to individual buyers and wholesale/reseller customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including size, color, and condition. Product images are representative. Minor color variation due to screen display is normal and does not constitute a defect. All Zutano baby booties sold through ThriftyPharm are genuine Zutano brand products. Please note: these booties do not have gripper pads on the soles.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

5. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

6. Wholesale & Reseller Orders

Zutano is a registered trademark of its respective owner. ThriftyPharm is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Zutano.

ThriftyPharm and Brozan LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Broward County, Florida.
