Our Policy

All sales at ThriftyPharm are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, or change of mind.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement

We stand behind every product we ship. If your order arrives in a condition that is materially not as described — including wrong item shipped, significant damage incurred during shipping, or a product defect — we will make it right.

Eligible situations include:

• Wrong color or size shipped compared to what was ordered
• Item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping
• Item is defective or materially different from the product listing

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at ThriftyPharmCS@gmail.com. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We may offer a replacement shipment in lieu of a refund at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

• Items returned without prior approval
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Orders where the correct item was shipped as described
• Size or color preference changes after delivery
