Independent Reseller Disclosure

ThriftyPharm (operated by Brozan LLC) is an independent reseller of Zutano brand baby booties. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Zutano or its parent company. Zutano® is a registered trademark of its respective owner. All products sold through ThriftyPharm are genuine Zutano brand merchandise purchased through legitimate wholesale channels.

Product Condition

All items sold through ThriftyPharm are new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product listing.

Surprise Packs

Surprise packs contain an assortment of colors selected from available inventory. You may receive duplicate colors. Color variety is not guaranteed. All pairs are genuine Zutano brand, new in original condition.

Important Product Disclosure

Please note: Zutano baby booties sold through ThriftyPharm do not have gripper pads on the soles. This is a standard feature of these booties and is consistent with the manufacturer's design. This is not a defect.

Sizing

Zutano booties are sized by age in months: 3M, 6M, 12M, and 18M. Sizing is based on manufacturer guidelines. ThriftyPharm is not responsible for fit issues resulting from size selection. Please refer to the size guide on each product listing before ordering.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are set by ThriftyPharm independently and may differ from Zutano's suggested retail price or prices offered by other retailers. All prices are in US dollars. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Customers interested in purchasing 5 or more pairs are encouraged to contact us at ThriftyPharmCS@gmail.com before ordering. Bulk pricing is available and we can help ensure you receive the correct sizes and colors for your needs. All wholesale orders are final sale.

No Warranty

ThriftyPharm does not provide any warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty questions should be directed to Zutano directly. ThriftyPharm makes no additional representations regarding product durability, longevity, or performance beyond what is stated in the product listing.

Limitation of Liability

ThriftyPharm's liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
