Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed the same day or the next business day. Many orders placed before noon EST ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business business day.
All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage at no charge to you. Free shipping is applied automatically — no coupon needed.
USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by ThriftyPharm or USPS.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly at usps.com.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.
If your package shows as delivered but has not arrived, please wait 24 hours as USPS occasionally scans packages early. If it still has not arrived after 24 hours, contact us at ThriftyPharmCS@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
